Beer Engine: Arthur’s Robust Porter
A cask-conditioned porter. Our rendition is lightly roasty with a nice chocolate flavor.
German for “Rye Beer”, this very old style of beer predates the German purity law of 1516. A large amount of locally grown rye malt will give it spiciness and uses the same yeast strain that we use in the Hefeweizen.
Belgian Farmhouse Ale originally made in Wallonia, Belgium. This is a dry and spicey ale using three different strains of yeast and a little bit of Paradise Seed.
A Trappist Tripel style ale. This light colored traditional Tripel is made with Belgian pils malt, candi sugar, and fermented with a Trappist yeast strain. Estery and Strong best describes this unique specialty beer.
