German for “Rye Beer”, this very old style of beer predates the German purity law of 1516. A large amount of locally grown rye malt will give it spiciness and uses the same yeast strain that we use in the Hefeweizen.
Winter Warmer (2016)
Our 2016 edition has the grain bill of a porter, then we added Black Pearl Molasses (the same kind we use in Barrel 21 Rum!), Montmorency cherries, and Dominican cocoa nibs.

Night Owl Coffee Stout
A dry stout brewed with Sumatra Mandheling coffee. This ale combines the smooth dryness of an Irish Stout with the aroma and flavor of rich Coffee. This stout is nitro-poured for a delicious creamy taste.
