15th Anniversary Ale
A Belgian-style Golden Ale crafted to celebrate 15 years of Otto’s beers!
German for “Rye Beer”, this very old style of beer predates the German purity law of 1516. A large amount of locally grown rye malt will give it spiciness and uses the same yeast strain that we use in the Hefeweizen.
Big Malty lager brewed in the style of the doppelbock. Rich flavors and a deep red color highlight this complex cold weather favorite.

A British-style juicy IPA brewed with British pale malts and lots of Mosaic hops in the boil and dryhop.
Beer Engine: Bourbon-Aged Jolly Roger Imperial Stout
Jolly Roger himself blessed this big stout. This massive stout has a huge roasted maltiness with complex smokey chocolate flavors coming through strong thanks to the gentle hand pump and correct cellar temperature. Aged in Bourbon barrels!
Night Owl Coffee Stout
A dry stout brewed with Sumatra Mandheling coffee. This ale combines the smooth dryness of an Irish Stout with the aroma and flavor of rich Coffee. This stout is nitro-poured for a delicious creamy taste.
