  • “Cork & Cage” Series #5: The Elder Pumpken

    For the 5th Cork and Cage series, all of you pumpkin fans can rejoice. Otto’s Elder Pumpken has over 33 pounds of roasted pumpkin and 8 pounds of elderberries per barrel. Brown Sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla help accentuate this beer.

  • “Cork and Cage” Series #3: Forbidden Plum

    Otto’s 3rd Cork and Cage series is a “Forbidden” that will leave you plum crazy. Over 36 pounds per barrel of Fortune plums from the Valley View Produce Amish farm in Sinking Valley were used. This brew was fermented with a “Forbidden” Belgian yeast strain. The result is a palate puckering, tart ale that will leave you wanting more.

  • “Cork and Cage” Series #4: Root Red

    The recipe for Otto’s 4th Cork and Cage series has Pennsylvania Dutch roots. Inspired by early “root” beverage recipes, this Imperial was brewed with seven different roots (Burdock, Dandelion, Ginger, Licorice, Sarsaparilla, Spikenard and Yellowdock) and Birch Bark. A French saison yeast enhances these spices while the addition of Wintergreen finishes this ale with a refreshing coolness. Schee!

  • Apricot Wheat

    Otto's Apricot Wheat Label

    American ale. to body. Refreshing. Golden with the delicate aroma and flavor of apricot. Perfect any time of year.

    ABV 4.7%  •  Available in 12 oz six packs, 22 oz , cases and kegs!

     

  • Beer Engine #2: Arthur’s Best Bitter

    A British style bitter ale. This traditional style is best served on the hand pump which emphasizes it’s delicate floral aroma and citrus flavor. Single hopped withNewport hops.

    ABV 5.2%

  • Black Mo Stout

    Dry Irish-style stout served via nitrogen. Very and creamy with a pleasant roasted malt character.

    ABV 5.1%

  • Double D IPA

    Otto's Double D IPA Label

    A big Imperial packed with Columbus and Simcoe hops.

    ABV 9.2%  •  Available in 12 oz six packs, 22 oz , cases and kegs!

     

  • Golden Ale

    This unfiltered ale has yeast from a famous Belgian brewery. Brewed with Pale malts and hopped with Styrian and Czech Saaz hops. ABV: 6.9%

  • Guest Tap: St. Otto, Roggenbier – Rye Beer

     This authentic German Rye beer has a nice golden orange color, spicy black currant aroma, with subtle hints of clove and fruit. The rye malt lends a real smoothness to the palate. No spices were used in this beer. We used 55% barley malt, 45% rye malt and an authentic German ale yeast. A centuries old beer style.

    IBU: 17 units  A.B.V.:   5.6%

  • Hefeweizen

    A south German style ale. This beer is served traditionally cloudy due to the suspended yeast (hefe=yeast). Spicy clove flavors and banana esters are characteristics of this unique, refreshing  beer.

    ABV: 4.5%

  • Keewaydin Hard Cider

    From our local cidery comes this sparkling  with bright and tart apples and a quenching finish. We rotate between a Semi-Sweet and Semi-Dry so ask your server which one is on tap today!  GLUTEN-FREE!

    ABV% 5.5              Available in 12 oz. 6-packs.

  • Maibock Lager

    An -colored spring bock.  Nicely character with a good hop
    flavor.  This big lager will welcome the warmer weather!
    ABV:   6.4%


  • Mt. Nittany Pale Ale

    Otto's Mt. Nittany Pale Ale Label

    American . Refreshing with a spicy, citrus aroma and slightly nutty malt flavor. Brewed with Centennial hops and hopbacked with Cascade.

    ABV 5%  •  Available in 12 oz six packs, 22 oz , cases and kegs!

     

  • Red Mo Ale

    Otto's Red Mo Ale Label

    American . Very and crisp. It has all the fun without the AMD (Acid Mine Damage)! Brewed with Palisade for the bittering and late hopped with Liberty.

  • Slab Cabin IPA

    Otto's Slab Cabin India Pale Ale Label

    Classic American . Lots of floral punch and assertive hop presence. Hopped with Nugget, Palisade, and Amarillo. Reddish in color thanks to Munich and Aromatic malts.

    ABV 6.3%  •  Available in 12 oz six packs, 22 oz , cases and kegs!

  • Spring Creek Lager

    A Vienna-style lager with a malt palate and a dry finish.
