• Apricot Wheat

  

  American wheat ale. Light to medium body. Refreshing. Golden amber with the delicate aroma and flavor of apricot. Perfect any time of year.

• Beer Engine #1 Arthur’s Robust Porter

  This is a cask conditioned Porter.  Our Rendition is lightly roasted with a nice chocolate flavor. Smooth and Satisfying!

  ABV:   5.2%

• Beer Engine #2 Old Fugget Barley Wine

  A Big, Bold ale brewed in the style of classic barleywines. Served Lightly carbonated through the handpump at cellar temperature.  ABV 11.8%

• Black Mo Stout

  Dry Irish-style stout served via nitrogen. Very smooth and creamy with a pleasant roasted malt character.

  ABV 5.1%

• Double D IPA

  

  Big Imperial IPA. Packed with Centennial, Columbus, Palisade, and Cascade hops. Makes the tongue tingle and body warm and fuzzy inside.

• Dubbel Ale

  A Trappist Dubbel style ale. This dark ruby red colored ale has spicy, raisin and plum esters with a smooth malty backbone and a moderate dry finish. ABV 5.7%

• Guest Tap: Lavery Liopard Oir Farmhouse Ale

  A beer for the ladies, crazies and connoisseurs. A floral, hoppy and fruity French-style saison. Saisons are completely undescribable so we won’t even try. Our interpretation has five types of grain, nobel hops and three different strains of yeast! The yeast is the star of this show – fruity, spicy, fragrant, alluring and simply delicious. This beer ends dry and crisp and bottle conditioned with Brettanomyces Clausenii, a wild yeast that adds fruity, tart and mildly funky aromas and flavors to ale. This beer is great young but will change considerably with time. Named Liopard oir, Irish for ‘gold leopard’, which appears on the Lavery Family crest.

• Hefeweizen

  This a south German style wheat ale served traditionally cloudy due to the suspended yeast (hefe = yeast). Spicy clove flavors and light banana esters are characteristics of this unique brew.

  ABV: 5.0%

• Keewaydin Hard Cider

  

  From our new local cidery comes this sparkling semi-dry hard cider with bright, tart apples, and a quenching finish. GLUTEN-FREE!

  ABV% 6.0

• Maibock Lager

  An amber-colored spring bock.  Nicely malty with a good hop
  flavor.  This big lager will welcome the warmer weather.

• Mt. Nittany Pale Ale

  

  American pale ale. Refreshing with a spicy, citrus aroma and slightly nutty malt flavor. Brewed with Centennial hops and hopbacked with Cascade.

• Red Mo Ale

  

  American red ale. Very malty and crisp. It has all the fun without the AMD (Acid Mine Damage)! Brewed with Palisade for the bittering and late hopped with Liberty.

• Slab Cabin IPA

  

  Classic American IPA. Lots of floral punch and assertive hop presence. Hopped with Nugget, Palisade, and Amarillo. Reddish in color thanks to Munich and Aromatic malts.

• Spruce Creek Lager

  Refreshing American lager with a malty smooth character and low hop bitterness.
