  • “Cork & Cage” Series #10: Fraise

    A blond ale with honey and over 50 pounds of fresh strawberries per barrel from Way Fruit Farm.  Fraise was fermented with an English Ale yeast strain which helps to brighten the finished ale.  This refreshing and easy drinking summer ale imparts a copious amount of strawberry aroma and flavor.

    750 ml  This beer can only be consumed on premise and is not available for take-out.

    ABV: 8.4%

  • “Cork & Cage” Series #6: WitHop

    The 6th Cork and Cage series release is a wit-inspired ale like nothing you have ever tried.  Brewed with coriander and “dry hopped” with generous amounts of lime peel and three types of hops – Citra, Cascade, and Amarillo – this pale based ale’s similarities to a wit end there.  Amped with plenty of Belgian candi sugar and fermented with a biere de garde yeast strain, this ale finishes strong and dry with a hint a tart spiciness. The WitHop is a refreshing summer ale with a , citrusy-tropical aroma.

  • “Cork & Cage” Series #8: Bacchus

    Named after the Roman God of Wine, can also be referred to as the Beer Drinker’s Wine.  This incorporates pinot noir pomace graciously provided by Seven Mountains Wine Cellars.  Bacchus was fermented with ale and pinot noir wine yeast strains then aged for 8 months in an American Oak wine barrel.

  • “Cork & Cage” Series #9: Gestin

    Named after the Sumerian Goddess of Wine, can also be referred to as the Wine Drinker’s Beer.  This blond ale, like Bacchus, incorporates pinot noir pomace graciously provided by Seven Mountains Wine Cellars.  Gestin was fermented with ale and pinot noir wine yeast strains then aged for 7 months in a French Oak wine barrel.

  • Apricot Wheat

    Otto's Apricot Wheat Label

    American ale. to body. Refreshing. Golden with the delicate aroma and flavor of apricot. Perfect any time of year.

    ABV 4.7%  • Available in 12 oz six packs, 22 oz , cases and kegs!

     

  • Beer Engine #1: Arthur’s Session IPA

    A quaffable low alcohol . Low alcohol does not have to equate to low flavor as we used lots of Falconer’s Flight hops throughout this brew.

    ABV: 4.2%

  • Beer Engine #2: Old Fugget

    . Big, , and intense. Brewed in the style of classic . This batch of Old Fugget has been aged in red wine barrels from Mt. Nittany Winery. Served lightly carbonated through the handpump at cellar temperature.

    ABV 11.6%  • 

  • Black Mo Stout

    Dry Irish-style stout served via nitrogen. Very and creamy with a pleasant roasted malt character.

    ABV 5.1%

  • Black Nitro IPA

    NEW!! A well-hopped, dark served via nitrogen for a thick, aromatic head thanks to fine bubbles from a blend of nitrogen and CO2. A -sized hopped with Chinook, Falconer’s Flight, Simcoe, Citra and Cascade.

    ABV 5.9%

  • Double D IPA

    Otto's Double D IPA Label

    A big Imperial packed with Columbus and Simcoe hops.

    ABV 9.2%  •  Available in 12 oz six packs, 22 oz , cases and kegs!

     

  • Golden Ale

    This unfiltered ale has yeast from a famous Belgian brewery. Brewed with Pale malts and hopped with Styrian and Czech Saaz hops. ABV: 6.9%

  • Guest Tap: Jaysburg Porter, Riepstine’s Pub

    From Riepstine’s Pub in Williamsport, PA. A robust brown Porter made with dark roasted malts and Cascade hops. Hints of chocolate and subtle coffee flavors. / bodied.

  • Keewaydin Hard Cider

    From our local cidery comes this sparkling  with bright and tart apples and a quenching finish. We rotate between a Semi-Sweet and Semi-Dry so ask your server which one is on tap today!  GLUTEN-FREE!

  • Mt. Nittany Pale Ale

    Otto's Mt. Nittany Pale Ale Label

    American . Refreshing with a spicy, citrus aroma and slightly nutty malt flavor. Brewed with Centennial hops and hopbacked with Cascade.

  • Otto’s Root Beer (Non-alcoholic)

    Otto’s homemade Root Beer is a sweet treat for every kid and the kid in all of you! Made with real sugar and available on tap at Otto’s Pub and Brewery! Try it straight up or as a classic Root Beer Float!

  • Pilsener Lager

    Crisp, dry, golden color. Hopped with Northern Brewer and Czech Saaz hops and run through the hopjack with whole leaf Czech Saaz hops.

    ABV 5.2%

  • Red Mo Ale

    Otto's Red Mo Ale Label

    American . Very and crisp. It has all the fun without the AMD (Acid Mine Damage)! Brewed with Palisade for the bittering and late hopped with Liberty.

  • Slab Cabin IPA

    Otto's Slab Cabin India Pale Ale Label

    Classic American . Lots of floral punch and assertive hop presence. Hopped with Nugget, Palisade, and Amarillo. Reddish in color thanks to Munich and Aromatic malts.
